Rep. Holland, Justin
Biography
Justin Holland is a 2nd-generation real estate broker who specializes in selling homes, buildings and land. He was raised in Rockwall and is a graduate of Rockwall High School. Justin’s father, Lance Holland, was an original founder of Regal Realtors in 1991.
Justin grew up in and around the industry working with Lance as a sign, flyer and keybox runner at the age of 15. Justin obtained his real estate license and joined Regal Realtors in December of 2006 and became co-owner of the company in 2014. Justin has been a real estate broker in Texas since 2016 and in Florida since 2021.
Justin and his wife Neely are both graduates of Texas Tech University and have been married since 2008. Justin earned his Master of Science degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2008. The Hollands reside in Heath and are raising 2 daughters in Rockwall schools. They are members of Lakepointe Church.
In the community, Justin has served as the State Representative for Texas House District 33 since 2017. Prior to the Texas Legislature, he was a Councilman in the City of Heath, Texas from 2011-2016. He is currently the House Chair of the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission with a term expiring in 2025.
Representative Holland enjoys spending time with his family and close friends on Florida’s 30-A Emerald Panhandle coast. Neely and Justin enjoy fishing trips together. Justin also enjoys bird hunting, playing golf and country music. The Hollands have a black Labrador Retriever named Bo.
