WHAT: Rep. John Bucy III (Austin) will host a Legislative Town Hall to discuss the 86th Legislative Session, including the budget, public school financing, revenue caps, and his experience as a freshman legislator as well as receive feedback and take questions from participants. Audience members will also hear from the chairs of the HD 136 Community Advisory Boards—created to advocate on topics such as education, healthcare, city and county issues, criminal justice, social justice, and the environment—about their advocacy during the recent legislative session.
