Texas High School Seniors Vie for $10,000 Educational Scholarship
AUSTIN - State Representative Dawnna Dukes has joined forces with with the Texas Hospitality Association (THA) to fight underage drinking and to promote alcohol responsibility through a statewide poster contest that will award one 2011 high school graduating senior a $10,000 educational scholarship.
